Delay Function
Startup Delay: 30 seconds After power is restored or voltage returns to normal, the device waits ~30 seconds before reconnecting power to your appliance. This protects compressors/motors (e.g., in refrigerators, AC units) from sudden restarts after outages or fluctuations.

How It Works (Typical Operation)
Plug the protector into the wall outlet.
Plug your appliance into the protector.
Turn on the switch.
The device monitors voltage continuously.
If voltage is normal → it powers the appliance after the 30-second delay.
If voltage goes too high or too low → it immediately cuts power and shows the corresponding red light.
Once voltage stabilizes again → it restarts the 30-second countdown before restoring power.
